Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Analytic Development to
lead a team focused on healthcare analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of medical economists, analysts, and data
scientists
Oversee the development of analytical frameworks and predictive
models to enhance healthcare cost efficiency and member
engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide actionable
insights for plan administration and clinical care management
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Statistics, Health Economics, Data
Science, Public Health, or a related field
7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or medical
economics
2+ years of leadership experience managing teams of analysts or
economists
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation
and modeling
Experience with BI tools for data visualization
