Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal SaaS Partner Program Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for a Workforce Experience Platform in collaboration with managed services partners.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for the Workforce Experience Platform in collaboration with managed services partners
Build and nurture relationships with key managed services providers to drive adoption of the platform
Analyze market trends and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement of the platform and go-to-market approach

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development in the IT services or software industry
Strong understanding of managed services operations and IT software solutions
Experience in developing and executing partner-led go-to-market strategies
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office suite
