POSITION OBJECTIVE
UB Technology Innovations, Inc. (UBTI), a trusted Microsoft
Solutions Partner in business for over 20 years, seeks a driven,
honest, and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand our client
base and drive strategic sales With deep expertise in Microsoft
Power Platform, Fabric, and enterprise modernization, we empower
businesses across North America to achieve data-driven growth. This
is a full-time position at our offices in Southern California.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and Drive Sales Targets
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets (Total Contract Value &
Booked Revenue).
Own a personal quota and contribute to team performance.
Pipeline Management
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to inbound and outbound
efforts.
Build a strong, consistent pipeline of opportunities aligned with
UBTI service offerings.
Client Engagement
Conduct meetings (face-to-face/virtual) with executives (CxO level)
to assess needs and pitch tailored solutions.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
across target accounts.
Solution Selling
Collaborate with clients to understand pain points and align UBTI's
Microsoft-based offerings.
Prepare and present customized proposals, demos, and value-based
business cases.
Collaboration & Alignment
Work with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure
alignment from pitch to project execution.
Provide feedback to internal teams about market trends and client
expectations.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines in
HubSpot (or CRM of choice).
Generate weekly/monthly reports on performance, pipeline health,
and forecast.
Industry & Technical Knowledge
Stay current on Microsoft product developments, especially Power
Platform, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Fabric.
Understand various client business verticals including Healthcare,
Capital Asset Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Proven ability to articulate value propositions and close deals in
the domain of IT services or cloud solutions.
Persuasive negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building
skills.
High energy, accountability, and a "hunter" mindset with the
ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (HubSpot
preferred).
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud
architecture, and global delivery models.
Pursue growth and learning with your expertise of our solutions,
services, and industry.
Strategic thinker with strong time management and multitasking
skills.
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of successful direct sales experience in IT
solutions or professional services.
Must have experience selling Microsoft-based cloud solutions (Power
Platform, Fabric, Azure, Dynamics365).
