Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst to serve as a
liaison between business and technology teams while providing
technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot
software-related issues
Manage user accounts and conduct analysis reporting using various
tools
Conduct product demonstrations and support clients during pre-sales
and post-sales stages
Required Qualifications
Experience in analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues
Knowledge of product/project management methodologies and tools
Experience with Microsoft 365/Office product suite
Flexibility to work outside of core business hours when needed
Experience in the title industry or software industry with a focus
on SaaS solutions is ideal but not required
