Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Consultant to
collaboratively create a strategic plan and review operational
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive review of relevant documents and previous
strategic plans
Perform an operational review to assess systems and structures for
effective strategic plan deployment
Engage with stakeholders to develop a long-term action plan with
measurable outcomes and timelines
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience working with social justice nonprofits or similar
values-driven organizations
Strong intersectional analysis rooted in equity, justice, and
liberation
Expertise in environmental scanning, visioning, situational
analysis, and strategy formulation
Demonstrated experience in operational assessments and complex
analysis of systems
Exceptional facilitation skills to engage staff and board
effectively
