• Planning, organizing, and assignment of production projects.
• Assist the production team with various phases of assemblies.
• Provide daily progress reports to Production Manager.
• Provide performance evaluations.
• Identify process improvement methods.
• Identify the needs and issues of the production floor and execute solutions.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. What you will bring:
  • Utility, Electrical and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.; or
  • 3 years of related experience and/or training; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
    • Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs
    • Forklift certification
    • Mix of warehouse and office work environments Location: This role is based in San Diego, CA Work hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary Range:
      • This is a non-exempt position and pays between $22.45 - $29.95 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
