Volt is immediately hiring for Quality Control Inspectors for a company located in Costa Mesa, CA.

As an Quality Control Inspector you will:

Inspect clean, completed parts before release to stockrooms
Verify correct assembly of valves and controls
Perform inspection
Examine first-piece machined parts
Work with calipers, micrometers, and surface plate work.

This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working as a quality inspector

Schedule: 6am to 230pm or 2 PM to 10:30 PM

Days: Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $19-$21 per hour

The ideal candidate will have:

2-4 year's quality control inspection background
Ability to use standard precision measuring instruments to check linear, angular and configuration of raw, in-process, and completed parts to tolerances of .0001"
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work specifications
Knowledge of machine shop and inspection practices
