Accounts Payable Supervisor - Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)We are partnered with a growing and stable Real Estate firm in search of an Accounts Payable Supervisor for their Los Angeles-area corporate headquarters. This hybrid role involves leading a small team to process approximately 800 invoices/month, manage vendors, handle 1099s, and more.Why Join?

  • Team Leadership: Supervise a small team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors; handle 1099s.
  • Invoicing & Reporting: Oversee the monthly processing of -800 invoices.
  • Proactive Management: Provide hands-on leadership while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and vendors.Qualifications:
    • Experience: Strong background in Accounts Payable with similar invoice volume.
    • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and stay hands-on.
    • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Yardi or MRI preferred; A/R experience is a plus.
