We are a high volume, fast paced practice offering competitive pay and benefits.Job Responsibilities:Perform duties in the optical department and provide good customer experiencePerform all billing efforts of insurance plans for billable services/products in the vision plansLearn NextGen Optical Management software and perform routine tasks such as sales, billing and inventoryManage product inventory and report discrepancies immediately to your managerSaturday coverage in the Optical Dept. as neededAssist with marketing plans within the Optical DepartmentPM22Requirements:Required Skills:Comfortable working in a fast paced environmentExcellent customer service skillsAbility to actively engage the patientAttention to detailExcellent knowledge of vision insurance (EYEMED, VSP, MES & Spectera)Excellent verbal and written skillsStrong computer skillsPositive attitudeAbility to work independently, but also be a team playerManagement or leadership skills a plusExperience:Minimum of 3 years dispensing optician experienceNextGen software preferredABO/NCLE preferredCompensation details: 24-32 Hourly WagePI50e6f5680af9-25660-35874083
