Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Attorney-Managed Care to serve
as a legal advisor for ministry markets within an assigned
region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage outside counsel representing ministry
markets
Draft, review, and negotiate managed care agreements, including
value-based care arrangements
Advise on reimbursement policies, regulatory requirements, and
disputes related to payer payment and contractual issues
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree required
5 years of experience as a licensed, practicing attorney
required
Licensure relevant to the state in which work is performed
required
