In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing operations, leading technology initiatives, and collaborating with teams across the business.What You'll Do:

• Drive Efficiency & Performance: Analyze data (including SQL queries!) to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve workflow across software, hardware, and operations.
• Lead Projects with Confidence: Navigate SDLC with expertise, using both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies as needed. Own sprints, ceremonies, and retrospectives.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Ensure seamless collaboration with external partners to keep projects on track.
• Be a Versatile Problem-Solver: Work on diverse projects, from software development (including SQL scripting!) to hardware rollouts and operational improvements.
