Job Description:
A company is looking for a GIS Back End Developer to design
back-end geospatially enabled applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop back-end applications for hydrographic
analysis
Troubleshoot engineering problems related to core National Map
applications
Integrate and collaborate with the Agile development team using MS
Teams and JIRA
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python, including knowledge of GeoPandas and
spatial libraries
Extensive experience with ESRI programming libraries
Proficiency in JavaScript for open-layer applications
Experience with GDAL and automated projection transformation
Bachelor's degree and/or 4-6 years of software programming
experience
