Job Description:

The Adecco office located in Irvine is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Data Analyst job in Santa Ana, CA.

This candidate will be using SAS to extract and analyze data. This candidate will create reports for internal and external clients (healthcare utilization data). This candidate will be responsible for developing new applications. They will complete adhoc analysis to support all business requests. This candidate will be expected to mentor junior analysts.

The responsibilities of the Senior Business Data Analyst job include:

-Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.

-Analyze data gathered and potential solutions

-Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.

-Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program.

-Review and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.

-Quality check program, reports, and findings before delivery.

-Provide requirement and guidance to the junior analysts to ensure accuracy and increase efficiency of the programs.

-Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.

-Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes.
