Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Healthcare Office Receptionist for a leading and innovative women's healthcare provider. This exciting onsite position is located in Brentwood (Los Angeles), CA.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  • Greet, check in, and check out patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Collect copays and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Schedule patient appointments and assist with insurance verifications.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate communication across internal teams via Slack and email.
  • Perform administrative duties including EMR updates, scheduling verification, and daily clinic tasks.
  • Provide outstanding in-person support to create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Proven high-touch customer service experience with a warm and professional presence.
    • Comfort with medical terminology and administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.
    • Proficiency with EMR systems and multitasking with various technology platforms.
    • Ability to stay calm under pressure, problem-solve on the spot, and maintain confidentiality.
      COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
      This is a full-time, onsite role in Brentwood (Los Angeles), CA offering a competitive pay rate of $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
