Job Description:
Manager Network SupportLocation: This position will work a
hybrid model (remote and in office 1 - 2 days per week). Ideal
candidates will live or be willing to relocate to within 50 miles
of our Pulse Point location in Cerritos, CA.The Manager Network
Support manages activities related to regional provider network
support to include developing policies and procedures for best
practices in provider contracting, contract maintenance, provider
database management and provider reimbursement and reporting.How
you will make an impact:
- Oversees maintenance of provider network database.
- Develops policies and procedures for the provider contracting
process.
- Oversees reimbursement of providers and related reporting,
including 1099 reporting.
- Collaborates with auditing to ensure effective implementation
of contracts.
- Conducts research and analysis on related provider
databases.
- Works to reengineer work processes for provider operations
support for a business unit.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of
direct reports.Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS degree in
business or related healthcare field and a minimum of 5 years'
experience in project management, quality assurance, provider
reimbursement and contracting, and business integration; or any
combination of education and experience, which would provide an
equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and
Experiences:
- MBA degree strongly preferred.For candidates working in person
or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this
specific position is $109,112 - $163,668.In addition to your
