Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned

Oversee the design, administration, and compliance of all benefits
programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity
Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal
stakeholders to address employee needs and enhance benefits
offerings
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in global benefits
management
Deep expertise in benefits plan design, administration, and
financial management
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a data-driven
approach
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and prioritize
effectively
Passion for promoting a culture of well-being and positive employee
experience
