Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fair and Responsible Banking Manager,
Testing and Monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Complete fair lending testing and monitoring activities, including
matched pair analysis
Analyze data for potential fair lending concerns and maintain
documentation of testing performed
Prepare reports summarizing testing results and assist with audits
and regulatory examinations
Required Qualifications
Superior knowledge of compliance laws and regulations related to
Fair Lending, Reg B, and Fair Housing Act
Significant experience with underwriting and loan pricing
practices, especially in mortgage lending
Five or more years of fair lending experience focused on testing
and monitoring activities
Experience with market penetration analysis and action planning
