Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy Director- Real Estate
Operations who will oversee grant programs for real estate
development in behavioral health infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic plans for grant
fund utilization and project execution
Manage monitoring and reporting of state grants related to real
estate development projects
Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion
of deliverables and budget management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in business administration or a related real estate
field preferred
Seven or more years of experience managing complex projects across
cross-functional teams
High-level understanding of project management best practices and
PMBOK
Experience in real estate development and construction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced spreadsheet
management
