Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager I to lead and coach
a team of Sourcing Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and train a team of Sourcing Specialists, including hiring
and ongoing training
Implement process improvements and manage quality control for the
Sourcing COE team
Utilize tools for legal and business analysis of various
contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with two years of experience in supply chain
procurement, or a combination of six years of education and
experience
Two years of experience in leading a sourcing or supply chain
team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
MBA preferred
Health care product knowledge preferred
