Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager II focused on
retirement plans and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage proactive relationships with advisors and plan
administrators to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Support plan migrations to the company's platform and educate
clients on new processes and features
Oversee operational activities related to assigned plans, ensuring
compliance and timely communication
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with defined
contribution plan administration
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Professional certification such as ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA, or NIPA
(APA) preferred or in progress
Proficient knowledge of retirement plans, compliance, and plan
design
Experience with various plan types and federal pension
regulations
