Join us on this extraordinary journey, as we work together to transform our vision into reality.About the Team:The Facilities Engineering and Operations department is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Relativity's physical assets, including buildings, infrastructure, and utilities. Guided by our team motto, "People, Process, and Place," we manage maintenance programs for critical systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Our team oversees daily operations, including energy management, safety, and custodial services, while also addressing facility-related issues. We lead engineering projects, manage space utilization, and implement sustainability initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Key skills within the team include technical expertise, project management, problem-solving, and vendor management. Ultimately, we play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable work environment.About the Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
  • Implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
  • Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency through system analysis and adjustments.
  • Manage Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor and control building operations.
  • Conduct facility assessments and recommend upgrades or replacements for aging systems.About You:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or building engineering for large-scale commercial, industrial, or institutional properties.
    • Experience managing a facility of at least 500,000 sq. ft. or larger is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
    • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Nice to haves but not required:
      • Professional Engineer (PE) License
      • Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
      • Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited ProfessionalAt Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
