Job Description:
We have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant with
the following qualifications:
? 2-5 years experience
? Advanced Excel skills
? Highly organized and detail oriented
? Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize multiple
tasks
? Strong written & verbal communication skills
? Professional phone manner
? Capable of working in a professional, team-oriented and
deadline-driven environment
? Strong grammatical skills and proof-reading ability
? Able to interact diplomatically with executive, staff, customers
and outside vendors
? Flexible and willing to assist on projects as needed
? Proactive, customer service focused personality
? College degree preferred
? Bilingual a plus
Must be able to:
? Perform administrative duties for an individual or group of
managers
? Answer heavy phones
? Prepare monthly reports
? Work quickly with accuracy
? Respond positively to direction and criticism of performance
? Work productively and harmoniously with others on a consistent
basis
? Consistently maintain professional and appropriate demeanor
